Q. What are the custom graphics for Nissan made of?
A. Our graphics are made with 3M’s Scotchprint® Personalized Vehicle Graphic Film plus a clear graphic protection layer. Nissan Graphics are able to control quality by working directly with some of the best graphic manufacturers in the industry.
Q. Will the vinyl graphic damage the vehicle?
A. Our wraps will not damage your vehicles paint. However, if applying after a new paint job you should wait at least six weeks before applying the vinyl.
Q. How do I care for the graphics once they are installed on the vehicle?
A. Hand washing of your vehicle and its graphics is recommended. Avoid abrasive materials, petroleum distillates (such as tar removers) and car washes that use brushes or high pressure. Six weeks after the graphics are applied you can use automotive wax over your vehicle, but avoid products designed for cleaning and waxing in a single step as they contain more solvents, which could affect the graphics.
Q. Do the colors of the graphics on the website match exactly the color of the vinyl that will be received?
A. In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the website.
Q. How long will the wraps last on the vehicle?
A. The graphics are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years. They come with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
Q. Can Nissan vehicles be personalized with graphics not found on the websites?
A. At this time we are not able to offer custom designed orders on anything except fleet line vehicles. If you wish to customize your Nissan please contact us. Any and all feedback on how we can improve our products and services are welcome.
Q. Will the vinyl leave a residue when graphics are removed?
A. It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area to make sure that any surface oxidation does not leave a residue from the vinyl adhesive.

Q. We work in a very sunny and hot climate; will the graphics fade in these conditions?
A. All of our designs are covered with a clear over laminate. This material adds durability to the product and lessens the effects of UV light on the material. However, there are many variables involved such as where the vehicle is parked, if it is washed regularly, and was it installed properly. 3M provides warranty information on their materials against fading and cracking when the application is performed within their specification.

A. Currently we only offer graphics for the Cube and Juke. We will be expanding this to cover other makes and models. Stay tuned and check back often for updates.
Q. How can we order the Nissan Graphics?
A. Print your order summery page from the website and take it to your local dealership to have them order your new graphics for you. You can also call us to place your graphic order. We will just need the part number(s) from your order summery in order to take the order. Graphics will be shipped to the dealership.

Q. How much do Nissan Graphics cost?
A. Prices vary between make, model and year of Nissan as well as size of graphic. If you would like specific prices on a product please call or e-mail us.
Q. What is the return policy at NissanGraphics.com?
A. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product shipped does not match the order received, and for defects in the vinyl.
Q. What happens if the installer at the dealership or the customer damages a piece of product during installation?
A. It is not the responsibility of NissanGraphics.com if you damage any of the products once you receive it. However, NissanGraphics.com will sell you replacement pieces at a discounted cost within 30 days of ordering. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged piece.
Q. We have found graphics we like on one of the vehicle websites how come we can't buy them directly on that website?
A. All orders for Nissan must be done with a local dealership. It helps streamline and coordinate the purchase to install process.
Q. How long should I expect the order to take until I receive it?
A. Your dealer should receive your order between 7-10 days.

A. Every order is shipped directly to the dealership that placed the order to ensure that all orders are perfect and to help streamline and coordinate the purchase to install process. Everything will be via the standardized Nissan shipping policy.
